Where can I find a detailed description of a card offer?
All card offers featured on this site are linked to individual card description pages. These give card reviews and information on card charges rewards & benefits. By clicking on a named credit cards or a card image link, you will be taken to the detailed card offer description without leaving the MarketProSecure site.
How do I compare different card offers?
You can search the Cards available on the Credit Cards page in Standard, Design, or List views. You may then select up to 6 cards offers for side-by-side comparison by clicking in the check box provided on the right side of each Cards name bar. Your Card selections will be highlighted. To view them side-by-side in a new window click on either of the 'COMPARE' buttons at the top or bottom of the page. You may apply for a credit card directly from the comparison window.
Do I have to already be an account holder with the card-issuing bank?
You do not need to have any current or previous relationship with the card issuer. Simply click on the Apply button for the credit card you want and complete the application.
How do I make an application?
Beside each product or service description, you will find a button or a text link marked 'APPLY'. By clicking on this link, you will be taken directly to the application form on the card issuers or service providers website. All financial service institutions featured on Market Pro Secure pages provide SSL encrypted online applications. This ensures your personal information is transmitted to the financial institution safely and securely.
Can I apply for more than one card at a time?
It is not unusual for a person to apply for two or three credit card at the same time. You need to remember though, that issuers will review your credit information for each individual application, and they will take into account applications made in the past. At some point it is likely they will decide you have reached your maximum credit level relative to your income.
I have applied for a card. How can I check the status of my application?
Many card offers provided on the MarketProSecure site have the 'instant decision' feature, which allows you to find out if your application has been accepted within seconds. However, some card issuers still require 2 weeks or more to review your application.
Remember your application is made and processed through the card issuer's site. MarketProSecure does not hold your data or have any involvement in processing applications or managing accounts. You should contact card issuer directly or login online to manage your account at the provider's site.
Who do I contact when I have queries about payments or other account information?
Your card-issuing bank will have a customer service center that will be able to help you. Their contact information is usually printed on the back of your credit card as a toll-free number, web address or both.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
You should immediately contact the card issuer to report a lost or stolen card. You can check the website of the issuing bank for the customer service number you need to do this. It is always a good idea to keep these numbers somewhere safe so you can contact the bank quickly in case of emergency.

The most common reason for not receiving a reply from us is because the contact details given by correspondents are incorrect. Please submit all enquiries by using our Contact Us facility; ensuring the reply address is correct. The MarketProSecure team will normally respond within three working days.
