While credit card companies will only offer high introductory rates for a short period of time or offer rewards instead of benefits, the Promise card offers a promise that other credit cards do not offer. While the card does not promise rewards because it does not offer a rewards program, it offers cardholders something better: no fees. This card also has a low introductory rate that is offered to new cardholders for 36 months when other credit card companies rarely give the standard 6 to 12 months special introductory rates.
