The country’s largest and most famous credit card issuers have radically skyrocketed the value and amount of offers which they provide their customers in the recent months.

But many experts are predicting that these issuers will soon be having some trouble with a severe competition coming their way and rising like a storm.

The Federal Credit unions may be increasing their games against the famous credit card lenders in the country as they have become able to provide lines of credit and much more beneficial offers to their users according to a recent report from Business Insiders.

The interest rates for loan and credit cards asked from borrowers is checked by Federal law and is just at 18 percent. On the other hand, as many top credit card lenders are increasing their lending efforts to users with lower credit scores,

Fred Becker, Jr., president and chief executive officer of the National Association of Federal Credit Unions, told the site that

Recent data shows that the average rate for a classic credit card at a credit union averaged less than 12 percent with many rates as low as 9 percent.

These credit unions also provide a better quality services to their consumers because they are naturally designed to serve the community, told by the report. This is the reason that they will take much less annual fees to credit card accounts.

The latest studies have shown that those people who have low credit card ratings or limited credit history can also take cheaper credits from credit union, the report said.

The credit card issued to the students by these credit unions have late fees which run almost an average of $10 which is much lower than major lenders of the country and also almost 20 percent lower minimum interest rates and 14 percent lower maximum rates.

In the same way, secured cards from these credit unions provide 60 percent lower fees and 40 percent lower interest rates.

In addition to all these benefits, now for competing with the market giants, these credit unions are also offering credit cards which have rewards programs, told by the report.

Users who check all many offers before opening a new account will get themselves into a much better position to open a new account in the best offered setting. These credit unions will surely make the major lenders sweating in the next few years.
